I was going to agree for the reason that this would help teams create builds that work off each other. However that can already be done by simply telling your team what skills you have to bring and what ones you planned on taking. An option to show others your skill bar would probably create more problems than anything. There is enough descrimination in this game as it is and there is no room for changes that would only cause more.

Will save a lot of time. I don't want to be taking the same spirits as another Rt in the group.
I'm not even going to start with the Mending thing...

That site is just one angry player posting and posing. Ten bucks says it's a WoW fanboy. :P
And for this topic.

Reason: People are already extremely picky and whiney about things (Look at a majority of PvP with the ranks and other crap), this idea would just filter in more of that crap to PvE.

Maybe Ctrl+Click on skillbar in outpost/town could list your skills names to team chat similar to Ctrl+click on your Health/Energy? And it should be easy enough to implement. It can help with putting a team build together a lot.

Well it would be nice to kick people for bringing skills that do nothing but screw up the rest of your group. Firestorm been the obvious example, as is the 55 monk, but surely if you suspect a 55 monk (they aren't exactly the most creative of Mo/Ws are they?) You kick them anyway! Mending was a bad choice, that skill can be quite useful in some areas, and also these late game areas you were talking about, eg, Mursaat ridden ones, the only thing that has enchantment removal there are the Ether Seals.
How often does a warrior bringing Cleave instead of Eviscerate happen in PvP exactly? Or was it in fact you.
/notsigned
However nice it would be to show your skillbar at the click of a button instead of typing it out, this would just make things worse when you took that 1 skill the leader disagreed with and kicked you. And exactly why should a Monk always carry Healing Seed? If you want to get the shit kicked out of you because you didn't bring any stances and ran that far away from the monk (even if you are luring) thats your own damn fault, don't rely on us to save your arse all the time, use your brain!
Also, Wild Blow appears on Jade Armours yes, Charr warriors and of course as you seem to have forgotten, Skeleton Berserkers.

And what prevents you to change your build after showing it to the team?
Oh no... imagine this... A warrior shows his build

and then presses K and puts Mending instead of Healing Sig! (I do not play a warrior and I'm not saying Mending is either good or bad )
I think it's a good idea... not for stopping mending wammos, but it would be nice... so I will

P.S. I know there is no such thing as W/R/Mo.

Here is an idea - instead of KICKING the warrior for taking mending the monk should assure that person that they can keep them well healed and ASK them to change it.
And warriors have addrenaline based skills for a reason o_O I only use 3 energy skills and only use mending when solo farming and it helps. In a group I try to stick with only healing sig and addrenaline based skills - if I have an excellent monk at my back for HA or something I usually don't take any self heal at all no matter what class I play.

How is mending a good choice endgame though? Sure, you are invincible around the early areas, but as soon as you get to Kryta, Mending is worthless. Ether Seals don't have enchantment removal btw. Anyway this topic isn't about mendings uses. I was using it as an example. ...

No. It was not me. Many times have I noticed being hit by Cleave from IWAY warriors and the like. This topic isn't about cleave either.

Let's say the leader asked for your skillbar and he didn't agree with one skill. He'd still kick you whether this was implemented or not.

I never said they should always carry healing seed. And I meant that if they used it while you were tanking, you wouldn't require as much healing. The monk could rest and restore their energy. This topic isn't about healing seed though.

Thank you for correcting me. I meant endgame creatures so you can throw charr out. Either way, berserkers deal minor damage to warriors that can easily be fixed in a heal. AND GUESS WHAT! THIS TOPIC ISN'T ABOUT WILD BLOW EITHER!
Now as dag_nefzen pointed out, it would help Ritualists and rangers in case they bring the same spirits.

Group leader = hi were doing missions and Bonus can u pip ur skill bar?
Me = yeah sure (pips)
Group leader = ahh, k. mm i think u should swap out 4 and 6 it might help out the group a little better.!
Me = yeah maybe, but so far this bar has been the most effective and is a generally strong bar for my class. btw can u pip ur skill bar?
Group leader = i dont have to pip my bar im the "leader" just change ur bar or we cant let u come with us.
oh yeah one more thing..People can just ASK YOU TO TYPE YOUR SKILL BAR so i guess signing or not signing really dosnt matter ^^
Me = Yeah about that..Shove ur skill bar up ur ass and take ur elitist team with it.
/Not signed. i use a very unconventional skill bar, but its very useful in all missions and 99% of the scenarios i get my self into. But i know people would be telling me to get lost if i had to pip them b4 each mission, so i'd rather surprise them with how good the skill bar is when we Rock to a master's reward after.
ps, for all those curious, i play w/r Troll-penetrating-dismember-disrupting-executuioners-Griffons-swift chop-Mel's resilliance(E) 13 axe mastery-11 str-10 wilderness, zealous weapon.
